Spring 2013

So Spring 2013 has finally begun! :) well I'll be gladly to say that this season there are loads of trends we should be  trending this spring, here are just a few i thought i should share with you guys!

Remember when we had denim off cuts? Well those are so 2012,this year we should go for shorts with quirky prints,no matter how bright they are keep them popping in colours even if they are floral prints.

Graphic 'Tees has quickly gone from "schlumpy" to "chic" they are a great way to show off your personality, and can easily be dressed up for the work place with a high-wasted skirt and a tight fitted blazer, layer them with tons prints or spice them up with bright colours to make them Pop!

Blazers, denim jackets as well as leather jackets are making a statement this spring, try different styles go studded, all the way zippers
Don't forget its spring go for the bright colours and fun prints.

"Flouncy skirts"-Goodbye mini-skirts this year its all about above-the-knee length skirts, and plenty of volume to twirl in.

Bright dresses are to never be missed out,so this is part of your first spring time mode of action: Trade in those bulky sweaters for bright flirty sundresses! go for ones in a vintage cut to create the ultimate girly vibe!

"Straw fedoras-straw hats" are one of my favourite accessory for this spring! its a must have for every girls accessory collection, although rocking a fedora takes major confidence, its always great styling them up with a graphic tee and a big pair of sunnies!..try going for petite and not those huge straw hats added with a pop of colour or two!

Ditch last years espadrilles and slip into a pair of super-comfy flats "pumps" they looking awesomely cute and stylish this year, choose a pair with bright colours and fun cutouts.

Crossbody bags is this years utimate accessory, its bright sassy and so functional! the long crossbody strap makes easy for carrying, and the medium size purse means there is plenty of room for your stuff, but still forces you to be organised.

Layer your statement necklaces, one statement necklace is good, five statement necklaces are better!..choose a theme and make them pop!

The Boyfriend Jeans

So fashion experts are bringing back the "Boyfriend jeans",Yes I know what you are thinking why would they bring back something so boring and old fashioned for those of you who are not fimiliar with what the boyfriend jeans look like well the reason why they use the term "boyfriend jeans" is essentially the opposite of a skinny jeans they are generaly loose and cuffed or rolled up above the ankle, well here is just a few reasons of why the "Boyfriend jeans" is making a hit in this summer. While they might be abit tricky to style up,boyfriend jeans serve a very important purpose in the Summer mainly.Well simply because They mainly everything a skinny jeans "is not",They Don't cling; they don't make you sweat in places you didn't know you could sweat; and they don't need to be peeled off after a long day. Styling up the boyfriend jeans however is abit trickier to style up femininely. Make no mistake though,it is entirely possible with the right Blouse,Blazer, heels and accessories. "Cuffed Boyfriend jeans": The to styling the boyfriend jeans femininely is lifting the hem off the ankle. Boyfriend jeans tend to be long and baggy, and sometimes they can drag on the ground, which has to be cuffed to the right height depending on your own height. "Rolled up Boyfriend jeans": Another way to wear the boyfriend jeans is to roll the hem up to the satisfied height, the jeans should be rolled tightly in place. "Uncuffed & Unrolled boyfriend jeans": Its abit uncommon to see a boyfriend jeans worn at full length, however sometimes it does create a very casual and comfortable outfit when paired with a feminine blouse and The right pair of sneakers,A feminine belt can also be added as long as the top is partially tucked to reveal it. "Choosing feminine boyfriend jeans": To achieve the most feminine look it might be best to start with something that looks cute to begin with, for a proffesional look women should aim for a "Dark pair of jean" with no fading or tears. The absence of a fade is crucial to putting together an outfit that can me worn to formal events or jobs that require a dress code. Remember*: Black,Dark Blue and dark grey are colours recommended for the work place. For casual boyfriend jeans women should look for a jeans that fits well and fall below the ankle. "What to wear with the boyfriend jeans": Some types of shoes and jewelry are often worn with the jeans for example: pairing a pair of heels with it is one of the easiest ways of dressing up the outfit, but wearing sneakers and a hooded sweatshirt with boyfriend jeans is usually a sure way to tone down the femininity of the outfit.
